To end the speculation<I can say this:It most likely wont come overseas because it did horrible in Japan, and there is no innovative gameplay from the first game,other than adding parts for Starforce Megaman.

Bro use WINProds i and use NoZoomer it makes the game normally playable without the AP of every step viruses or no editing folder! i already beat the game =D it was pretty good compared to the gba one only cuz subaru made the diffuculty dramatically decrease thanks to his shield and homing mode =D

The bottom screen's not really necessary for this game. It's mainly just the map or...Megaman staring at you most of the time.
