Great tips, Joshua. I had the same question as Larry 6 years ago but took the plunge anyway and every one of your tips has been true. I've expanded my services, expanded my territory, been able to get away from providing overnights when they were no longer feasible for me, without losing my overnight clients. I have trusted backup with I run into scheduling conflicts or need time off. I recently had to take 2 months off for a hip replacement surgery, and my business continued to flow perfectly.
