No murder weapon? No motive? Meredith's room would have been filled with dozens of bloody footprints, handprints and DNA of three people, not one, if the prosecutor's theory is true. Some time ago I read an article about Bulgaria (n-tvdotde). Bulgaria, as a new EU member, wont to join the Schengen Agreement. (The Schengen Agreement regulates the border controls and the passport and visa freedom between the most EU members).
Some people say: Bulgaria should not, because there exists a high level of corruption. Other people say: If this is a criterium, Italy must imediately leave the Schengen Agreement.

In the week before Christmas I went in the morning with the city train to work. A man got in. Said good morning and Merry Christmas, said he was homeless and asked for bread or money. Well, let me say something. I'm Italian, so I feel a lil' called to "arms" in this. The thing is not to find out if the Italian system works or not. We're not talking of Africa. It works and fails exactly and maybe less than the american, I can assure you. And at least we've got no death penalty here. Said this, I think people are innocent until the contrary is prooved. This makes the two innocent at my eyes, since the "prooves" were very circustantial. Better a killer out, than an innocent in.

excellent news on the evidence review - this will prove once and for all what actually happened. I think they are guilty ... the evidence is overwhelming, but the judge has made an excellent decision to review the forensics. It will put any doubts to rest and clear up this big mess. I hope we all agree.

Here there is no worship of "forensic evidence" whose bearing is largely a matter of hired expert opinions. In Italy the consistency in time and space of the defendant narrative is equally important, and after any ruling there is a huge report by the court to detail the reason of the decision

"Dagoes" officials are not more or less corrupt and incompetent than all their counterparts in the western emisphere are. While being a "dago" I've seen some world. You can believe me. The problem with justice here in Italy is global and it does not involve only A. Knox. She can be guilty or innocent. And that she was declared guilty (when she was lucky) by the press even before the trial began. Travelling around I noticed it's not only an italian use....

He was a convicted homeless burgler and theif who stole Merediths money after he stabbed her to death. Motive? Robbery...it's what he did..Yeah it happens everyday with knife carrying scumbags like Guede,he gets confronted and he kills her. Guede was caught 2 weeks earlier burglerizing a house carrying a knife and threatened to kill the owner but fled becuase it was a guy.
