I'm sorry for the late reply... and it is indeed an actual "fan" game called mugen which allows you to download the most random characters ever from spongebob, family guy to street fighter and mortal kombat... google it... its fun but quite difficult at first to set up... but its worth it if you can balance the characters out =)

go to esnips. com type in psycho weapon and you are going to get her... if you want her AI to be tougher like in this video google "Psycho weapon improved AI" after downloading her from esnips and follow da links hope dats helped

hey were you able to find that cammy?

and if you havent found her tough AI (aggressive fighting) I can email it to you I havent been on in a looooong time hahaha im late too lol
