New Orleans has rebuilt, the parts that haven't been restored are because the homeowners chose to relocate to other cities and chose to leave their property as such. Hey I got several african friends. One is a dentist another an architect. While I know there are intelligent and successful Africans that doesnt make up for the vast majority of african countries being broken beyond belief. Mostly due to the sub saharan average IQ being 70, A full 30% lower than Europe. In USA 1 in every 9 blacks are today in prison. Scientists hypothesized this was incorrect, and that the actual age of the earth is hundreds of millions of years old. This can be PROVEN by radio carbon dating. Radio carbon dating has not been around for "a million" years to prove that it works (even scientists will tell you that many factors can alter the measurements of carbon-14 dramatically). Success is hard work and patience. No my site isn't published yet am going to give up on it no, I have no money but I do what I need to do everyday to make sure it is of quality it is user friendly and I have great products and I want to use the money to help people and even though I had to deal with a lot of crap from people black and white even some indians, I don't hate blacks, whites or indians. The programs set in place through welfare are not overseen by the government so there is a lot of misappropriated state funds "stealing", which causes a person on it to spin around in circles to no where which in turn makes one seem lazy to a person who is on the outside looking in. Because of this, New Orleans hasn't been rebuilt although it should have by now. Instead, we're funding a war caused by attacks by terrorists who's leader has been hiding away for a long period of time and may never be found.

New Orleans has rebuilt, the parts that haven't been restored are because the homeowners chose to relocate to other cities and chose to leave their property as such. If you don't live here you shouldn't comment on things you don't understand. N.O. is doing fine, but its going to take time to completely recover.

But you see... bombing countries creates jobs at Boing, Lockheed Martin, Haliburton and all those war profiteering companies. They all employ tens of thousands of people. So when the army drops a trillion on war abroad, all that money dont simply disappear. Its distributed around to subcontractors that pay their workers that go out and buy a plastic, made in korea GM and a house and stimulate the economy. So you might say... Being at war stimulates the economy. Its how USA was built.

New Orleans got water damage because of the levees, yes, but they NEVER say anything about the mississippis gulf coast, where i live. It was terrible. 10 times more damage because of winds and everything else that comes, NOT man made.

WTF? I was in 2 huricanes in FL that flattened everything! our government never came in and did anything at all. We did it for ourselves and our neighbors! We didn't look back 5 years later and try to get more sympathy. This is the same thing as slavery, we will be hearing about this storm for 50 more years and people still trying to get paid. most those houses were shit hole dumps before the storm and are shit hole dumps after the storm.
