Very helpful video (Cognos Slicers) but one question. At 4:42 of the video Craig refers to "my parameter" which is "c". When/how was "c" created?

@ykslotop When you enclose the parameter name between question marks it is understood by cognos as a parameter. You don't have to do anything else.
