  • lol if you watch he is barley able to do it twice half way thro the second rep he can barley get it up so the spotter helps him and on the third rep has he lets go and keeps saying i aint helpn but as soon as he lets go the bar just stops so he grabs it again and continues to act like he is doing it by himself

What im saying is he didnt shoulder press 225 4 times ill give him 2 cuz it looks like if the spotter didnt just grab it he would have still got it but not more then that I cant tell you I know this for a fact. If he wants to pretend he did get it 4 times then good job.
