#1 is the camera good for taking on trips?

no offense but why is the quality so SHIT! i mean i have an older model of this cam that is 12.1 MP and it has WAY better quality!

Ive had the same camera for a while and have been recording my drives for a couple weeks, I plan to make a video of all my favorite roads. Nice to know the quality still looks great when put on youtube.
but isnt it DSC not SDC?
