People say Buakaw has bad boxing but if you look at how many punches he actually lands it's not far off masato's, the thing that might make it look like masato hits more is he normally throws a 3 punch combo, but mainly only hits with one then buakaw normally lands a counter right after.

And if you knew your shit, you'd realize that Zambidis should have benefitted the most from the rule change.

1st Fight, that was all Masato. He knocked Zambidis down when he was busy complaining about his ankle support.

2nd fight, Masato beat Zambidis without any knees. He punched and kicked with Zambidis

no you're wrong, in muay thai a low kick does not = a punch. in muay thai punches score the lowest. if i remember correctly masato has been finished twice (if not more times) from strikes to the legs. souwer finished him with knees to the legs, and buakaw finshed him with leg kicks the first time they met. buakaw dropped Kohiruimaki several times from leg kicks a couple times when they fought

You need to learn the difference between a sweep and a knockdown.
