It is NOT a real guy's voice. There are all kinds of programs that can do this. I have one of them. I tested it out, and yes, you can slow the tempo down just a tiny bit like lensydde did and lower the pitch.  Why would some guy wasted his time to slow down a Britney Spears song and sing like that? He wouldn't. Any of these songs that are "Male version" or "Chipmunk version" or even "Kid version" are all manipulated to sound like that! Anyone can do it. No one is actually singing them.
