  • @dolesponger Yes, pretty sure it's a (Hinckley) Triumph Thruxton.

  • loved it? how come ain't of ya before? do ya do gig's?

  • @007MI6006 I'd say this song is more about celebrating the cross-cultural badassedness of the black leather jacket.

  • @007MI6006 haha, I thought the same thing! But it's not England or the 60's and they rock pretty damn good so, haha, what the heck!

  • Big grin from BIR #140

  • Wo-ah.... Scott Gorham replica, but on bass....

  • Not bad Got that 60's sound.

    Keep up the good work

  • YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!

  • Super cafe racer rock&roll the best!!!!!

  • bullshit we always broke bike exspensive then as now !!

  • 2:05 ZOMG MINE!!

  • Never try to apply logics to brit bikes, fellas...

It's a fuckin' matter of taste & soul. Logics are for ultrasonic wingless rice missile they call jap bikes, exactly like pinky Versace's derivated NASA-designed abortions they call 2st. century Ness-genre customs. Ol' Trumpets & ol' Hogs are far FIIIIIRST!!

  • If you´ll stay this way of style you´ll might be successfull in impressing the old-men Harley-Communitiy. Never the less: wishing you good luck and allways a handwide tarmac under your frontwheel!

  • COOL MAN,MADE IN ENGLAND

  • triumph is two wheeled sex

  • The best car in the world is a Landrover and the best bike in the world was a 1200 Brough , the biker jacket was invented by Lewis Leathers , all sort of English , well done to the guys in this vid at least they're trying.

  • If we wanted the 'best' car we'd all drive Toyota Corollas. If we all rode the 'best' bike we'd ride Jap 600s. And what a dull grey world that'd be.

Each to their own, ride safe.

  • well said

  • the singer on the cafe racer is mr cool

made me go out and get a black jacket

    working on the patches now

    well done

    need to buy the CD

  • that's the way of life man!!

  • i love this. Good job man. Keep it rockin', keep the jack wearin' keep the bike ridin'!!!!!!

  • Nice video, nice bikes.

    Nice song, too.

Post-production needs to equalize the tracks because the voices need to be made louder, and some guitar solos need to be enhanced.

Sounds a lot like Deep Purple or Led Zeppelin from the '70s.

You kids raving about horsepower and 0-60 times should shut down your Playstations and ride a few HUNDRED miles all in one go before committing your brains to your mouths again.

  • i agree these old triumphs would not do 80 without blowing up, thats assuming you could keep one running long enough to reach that speed

  • Hey polskich you are talking through your arse you ignorant twat. Look up ignorant in your dictionary.

In 1969 a Triumph 650 was ridden at the Isle of Man TT races at an average speed of 99.9 mph.

When did you ever ride 37¾ miles of roads at an AVERAGE speed of 100mph?

  • the bike you speak of was a blue printed factory bike not the normal dodgey stuff joe bloggs wheeled out the showroom and broke down on the way home

  • I think you're in danger of judging 40yr old machinery by the standards of today. Luckily the Bonnie is still made: now to modern levels of reliability. Mine does over 120, 0-60 in 4.5, looks the part but has Japanese-level reliability. OK it's no Hayabusa, but it looks and feels a hell of alot better!

  • will always look much cooler dude

cannot compare to a busa its about the look and ride

  • there is no doubt that modern triumphs are good bikes, but that does not alter the fact that all british bike manufacturers of the 60s produced obsolete machines based on decades old engines

  • Some truth there, certainly. But in the 60s who made better bikes? Exactly. The fact that they look flawed now shows how far technology has advnaced. But Velocettes, Vincents, Triumphs, Arials, Beezers, Nortons, etc... there's a lot of soul there!

  • The Rockers took the best parts of all that was available and produced the cafe racer, and these cafe racers were the best performance bikes of their time.

  • talk to some one who was a youth in the 60s you will find most were apprentices on three pounds ten shillings a week and did not have a pot to piss in so they built bikes out of bits of scrap ones things like tritons tribsas were all bitsas.

  • That is a very general reference about them all being in apprentiships that is inaccurate.

My father was a Rocker in the 60's and lived in Birmingham, which was the engineering capital of the world at the time, which meant that my dad was a toolmaker on very good wages, and I can assure you that he did not use scrap bikes to make his Cafe Racer.

    TBC

  • The youth of the 60's in the UK had more disposable income then ever before, and stastistics show they had more then the youth of today have, so the theory that all these rockers were skint was just not true.

  • dont't listen to that polskick bloke, he basically amuses himself by looking at loads of videos about british bikes and then leaving negative remarks.

  • stealing a few old bikes and converting them to some other unreliable rubbish is what these nobbers used to get up to, other than hanging around with old slappers

  • you are clearly so illiterate that you can not express yourself without swearing, can you walk and talk at the same time? by the way if you are english you must be black because white english men are as rare as rocking horse shit ha ha ha ha

  • we is all white

  • i have to agree with the saxon polskich, i live in tower hamlets i do not see many of you white boys around here

  • why would you want to agree with a rascist scum bag

  • we blacks are british and we are the majority in london

  • your figures are wrong, most the british you speak of are black british born and raised

  • Taken from the last census of London.

London: Population 7.1 million, white British -59.7%, white Irish-3%, other whites 8%. Total white=71%

Indians are the largest non-white group in London, weighing in at all of 6%, followed closely by Africans at 5.3%, and general "Caribbean" people at 4.8%. The non-white total tops out at 28.9%, including an interesting 3.2% officially described as racially mixed.

  • you are excluding 1 million illeagal immigrants

  • Dave and the boys Rock! Anyone who has seen these guys live as I have will be blown away. The guitar work is perfect. The songs are original with great riffs and hooks. And why aren't they signed?

  • the voice is rather thin and not muddy enough

  • Well, my Triumph Thruxton 2008 inj. has 53.69 KW...some other information you'd like to receive!!! And yes, it reaches 124 miles top speed. Sorry you can't try mine, you'd sell yours right away...but don't be too sad, you'll get a real bike sometimes

  • What do you need speed for, when you're having fun...anyway 124 miles/hr it's slow for you...superman!!!

  • FUCK! You guys rule :)

  • When are you going on tour?

  • Great tune man! Bitchen brit iron too!!

  • Hmmmmmmmmm Hot or what!

  • How can I find a leather jackets like that today? if anybody knows, then please help.

  • Any biker shop in the world.

  • Thank you, I will go check for one right away..

  • check on eBay too !! I've found a lot of things from those years...

  • Cool! But I already found the jacket I was looking for, it was under the christmas tree, hehe. But I think I will go check out eBay too. Thank you.

  • Killer song!

  • bit too haired and not enough greased to be rockers... But nice song and classy bikes.

  • Huh? Since when does the length of one's hair have anything to do with being a rocker? Ummm... I think that predefined mold went out in the early 60's. Rocker is a lot more than a hair cut and hair product!! LOL!

  • Good to see that this video has got so many hits... hope all is well with you and yours
