Armada asked for a short version of the video which cut out lots of information needed to understand the story properly. He can't take anyone with him because the jeep is stolen and he is being framed. The guy in the restaurant is EDX, it's his cameo shot. The cops are chasing them because the jeep is stolen. etc.
