When u take steroids, body gets accustomed to knowing that it does not have to produce its own hormones so when he is off artificial stuff, he will lose everything very fast. Like the guy above said no one gets that big naturally. And being that big, will cause him an early grave, he is slow, body that big, puts out a lot of internal stress on his heart, more oxygen needed.
