@OriginalDeathpill this is a serious problem with my generation. we are so inundated in preachy media, we actually have trouble separating the thoughts of others from our own. there are so many disembodied voices at the back of our skulls buzzing with catchy sound bites that we feel compelled to parrot their words, and even get offended when told they are not "real emotions", "just phases", etc. this used to be a thing with teenagers, but now adults are more or less the same!
