Dust devils are not a form of tornado. Dust devils are dust devils, and tornados are tornados. They are both considered to a form of wind vortex, but other than that, they are completely different in nature. That being said, this is the strongest dust devil i have ever seen. My suggestion would be to change the title of your video to dust devil so that people stop having to tell you, or have a debate about it, cuz there is really no debate.

That's NOT a tornado-- it's a dustnado-- a really strong dust devil. Tornadoes come DOWNWARD from clouds. Dust devils form from the ground up through a totally different atmospheric phenomenon.
