The lady in the video was being deliberately awkward. This is not an example of Institutional racism within the police (although it does exist). The policeman in the video was polite and good natured and it seemed the lady wanted to push it as far as she could to see what happened. I do not agree with the rough treatment that was reported to have happened afterwards but if we are going to criticise the police then perhaps we can find something a little more solid than this. Not too sure about this but i believe with regards to the company withholding the CCTV footage you can get any part of the footage with you on it under the freedom of information act they have to respond to your request within 30 days and provide you with want you want or a legal reason why they haven't
The same thing happened to me when I was filming my family at a water Park in New Jersey. I think it's because I'm Egyptian and I may look different.They wanted to crush the tape because it "Is filming attack-able sites." Frustrated, they kicked us out of the water park.

Not too sure about this but i believe with regards to the company withholding the CCTV footage you can get any part of the footage with you on it under the freedom of information act they have to respond to your request within 30 days and provide you with want you want or a legal reason why they haven't
