I think the Iron Man 2 villains are Whiplash (with a little Crimson Dynamo mixed in) and Justin Hammer.  Maybe Titanium Man, but that's asking to much.

The one with the skirt & sparkly eyes? Yeah that's Titanium Man(he's got much better looks though, depending on who draws him). But if you're talking about the 1st pic in the vid, then that's the Guardsman(who really isn't a villain at all, just a suit worn by many prison guards who work at any one of the prisons for supervillains).
