Registered drafts often have docked tails. It is a breed requirement for Percherons that go into the show ring. I personally think it is stupid, but I guess it is history from people working behind them.not wanting their big thick tails in their face. I love my Percheron. And i hope this big guy gets a good home. I think he is near the East coast . I'm in Texas.
