Aw, I'm always open to qus! On windows movie maker, in the 'Edit Movie' section, click 'add titles or credits', then 'add title on the selected clip'. Type in the text and change the font that you want to have displayed on it. Then, go to your timeline, and underneath the video clips, you'll see a thin bar with the text of that title which extends from the start to the end of that clip. Drag it along the other clips. Hope that helped =]
