How to Use Google Documents : Inserting Bookmarks in Google Documents

You know what would be great, if you didn't have to create links to jump to anchors (or "bookmarks") within a document.

I mean, where is the "jump to" button in the bookmarks view / dialogue?

Why is there no simple popup/dropdown with a selectable list to get to any of those in-document bookmarks?

Why having to create links to bookmarks manually in order to use this kind of "jump to" functionality?

Would it not be easier if it were implemented in the gui, as well for headings?
