This will surely go down in history as one of the most amazing game intros ever. For a Tekken game the choice of music was a gamble that paid off tremendously. A generic game intro music simply wouldn't have been nearly as epic. It could have just looked like a music video some 13 year old made but it is so cleverly done it just plain gets away with it no questions asked.

@MrPavySRK I like both series, more of a Tekken fan I admit, but I think it is hard to make a genuine comparison between the two because they are so different. I feel that one thing they both share is that there is a lot of depth within their respective game mechanics. Still though, can't deny you of which you like better.
