@BitchSlapperable I don't use it so don't take this to heart, but (1) it may be what generation you are using. A converter for a first gen. may not work for the second. (2) If you updated your iPod: They may have put a patch in the last update so you can't "steal" the video, music, or whatever. (3) An error in the download so it didn't download correctly or to it's full potential; the Downloader was/is 'corrupted' and just needs re-downloaded..(1)&(3)is likely,(2)isn't but look into them...

I got a problem.

I have a 60gb Ipod Video that used to play m4v videos. Now it won't play it stays frozen on a black screen. I can get rid of the black screen by holding the fast forward button. fast forwarding lets me see video with no sound and once i let go of fast forward it stops on the last frame. Any ideas?
