I can assure you that this game is NOT perverted... just very odd. And you still have to beat the story mode to dance with Ulala, but you can unlock her outfit right away if you have Ulala's Cosmic Attack.

Yes it's an unlockable costume, but there's no detail or anything. It's just black like her face.

Actually the game was made by Yojiro Ogawa, who did ChuChu Rocket! and Sonic and the Secret Rings. Tetsuya Mizuguchi did create Space Channel 5, but was not involved with this DS game since leaving SEGA in 2003.
