xD You have until you get Toby's hearts to 7, before she's stolen from you.

Just try to keep Toby under 4 hearts so you don't even have to see the first rival scene implying their relationship (as a Toby fan, I would personally very much approve of that, too =P), and once Renee's at 9-10 hearts you can marry her and she'll be all yours.
