Hip hop started in New York, but now it has branched out and evolved into something bigger and better. The best rappers now aren't just from New York but are from all over the world. Grime may have started in London (and its only a few individuals who are gonna get respected for that, and not the whole of London btw) but its going to evolve by it branching out and reaching other areas other than London.
