@Pachirisonu You have to wait 24 hours and she doesn't tolerate you waiting under her roof...if you are good at sneaking you can try to sneak into her basement. If not I believe there is a cave near by that you can wait in so you won't be out in the sun.

garlic is easy to find if you know where to find. at the begining after the sewers, just over the river is a bandit camp (cant remember the name) and there in the tent hangs some garlics, and there is 3 in a house in Anvil. 2 more should be easy to find. and i got around 30 bloodgras but that witch wont accept it, not even the nightshade or garlic. so im stuck as a vampire :(

Took me 5 hours to find 5 garlic.... I will never become a vampire again. Even thou i didn't have a choice. Do to the fact i contracted the disease. Also make sure that you have cure disease potions when you go into a cave. Trust me. Btw good video and thanks for the help.

For all you people having trouble finding a certain item needed for this quest, I might make a video showing you how and where to get them all, even if you can't talk to people because you're a vampire. @vikingen95 The only reson people wont talk to you is because you look more vampiric if u dont feed..people notice and they get scared... but if u feed on someone everyone will talk to you...thus you dont look scary to them

@fableboy10 nightshade: if u go back to the prison cell awhere u were at the beginning go under the ground and right where there is a silver sword and legion shield there r 2 of them then if u know it use the duplication glitch, ashes: just ask the witch and it will become a quest then mark it on the map, bloodgrass: right when u go through the oblivian gate at kvach go right and there should be 2, argonian blood: stab one with the dagger she gives u and for garlic find 1 then duplicate

Another way to get bloodgrass is to do the Dark Brotherhood Quest Line. When you become Speaker (the highest rank), The Night Mother has some in her crypt (unless I'm thinking of another quest, but I'm pretty sure I'm right).

when you get the disease that starts bein a vampire quickly find a potion of disease cure. It will restore you back to normal traits... Now if you wait to long and become a true vampire its over you have to do the quest.

@guitarmanRune I had the exactly same problem, it's a glitch that's with the game of the year edition. Hopefully i'll upload a guide showing you how to avoid turning into a vampire during the storyline soon.

@guitarmanRune All you need to do is when you get up to the point where that statue thing wants you to get the vampire dust. Go inside the cave, attract their attention and run outside and range them either with a bow or magic.

hey if you need the first 3 things.....you can get it while doing the dark brotherhood quest..there is night shade at the end of the quest when u meet the night mother and in that guy you meet dat wanted to recruit you private fort place.....blood grass is at the end of the quest in the night mother grave yard place....and garlic you can find when you had a quest to go to a party and kill the party guess..it's in the basement...well it's in all the basement of skingrad houses
