Genesis 1:3-5 makes no claims that the light mentioned is the Sun. Jesus is the Light of the World. In Gen 1:14-19 is talking about the light(s) making reference to the Sun, Moon and Stars, you see study a bit more and you might just get it.

When Jesus rebuked sin, his intention was never to offend. Intending to offend someone is a sin.
But these preachers use the word "Sodomite" as an inflamitory slander. There are no real Sodomites, Sodom was destroyed long ago. That word now days is a derogatory slur and you know it.
People like you use the word because you wish to provoke people. You are intentionally trying to offend, so don't think for one minute you're doing something Jesus would do.

All sin is sin. We can't just single out gays. If you malice someone or tell a lie or lust at a woman you have sinned. Lets preach love instead. Love covers a multitude of sin. The hymn says love lifted me. When nothing else can help love lifted me. Singling out gays or prostitutes doesn't work because a lot of us struggle daily with our own thorns as the apostle Paul alluded to in one of his epistles.

Sad, real sad You obviously didn't know the purpose of the sign. If you were tolerant you would just let them be and worry about your own salvation. They were given their free agency by god to chose their own path. Sure go ahead and provide a means for them to come to God, but bullhorns and putting down cops (who are only trying to do their job while remaining neutral) is not the reverent way to bring sheep back into the fold.

As for men in jail, the majority of them would have sex with a woman if given the choice. They also pretend that their male partner(who they often force) is female during sex. I'm not sure what you're trying to accompilsh by comparing a prison rapist and his poor victim with a loving, law-abiding gay couple, but it's not going to work.

What do you mean, explain Gen. 19:5? I HAVE explained it. The men of Sodom didn't invite Lot's guests to come outside and have CONSENTUAL sex with them, they were attempting to RAPE them! As for the concept that gay sex is sex outside of marriage and therefore is sinful; Let gay people marry! If a couple is married, they are not committing fornication, and therefore, they are not sinning.

If you want to label any group of people as 'Sodomites', your most logical choice would be HETRO-sexual men. Not that I'm saying you should, it is both unfair and cruel to say that all hetrosexual men are rapists. But it is a FACT that most rapists are hetrosexual men. And that is a historical fact as well; in ancient times it was both common and acceptable for victorious soldiers to rape the women of the losing side.

How do you explain Genesis 19:5. The men of the city of Sodom wanted to have sex witht he men that came into the city with Lot. Nonethe less homosexuality as you define it is a sin, where a man has sex with another man or a women has sex with another women as per Romans 1:27, even at best its fornication, which is any sex outside of marriage. Which heaven was Jesus referring to when he spoke in John 3:13, because God created the heaven(s) plural in Gen 2:1 also check out Deu 10:14.
Genesis 1:3-5 makes no claims that the light mentioned is the Sun. Jesus is the Light of the World. In Gen 1:14-19 is talking about the light(s) making reference to the Sun, Moon and Stars, you see study a bit more and you might just get it.
Dont be Bible ignorent, read it for yourself instead of looking up so called bible contradictions on the net.
