Out of the three??? Hmm that is a hard question.. I guess it depends on what kind of girl you are, I like both and the shades in both Tempting and Spiced Chocolate are Limited edition. The Shadowy Lady I do not own but some of the colors in that quad are not new shades. I like Spiced chocolate the best personally.

does the HD foundationhave a dewy finish or thick finish and does it last during the day?

hmmm, let me try to answer that the best possible way. The finish is medium and buildable. It isn't heavy or anything and really feels great when applied with a brush. As far a long lasting, I wore it during a photo shoot which lasted 4 hours and also through out the evening and it held up well. I have oily skin so I used MAC's oil control lotion on underneath it so that may of helped too.

ah sorry i have another question.

i just bought the HD foundation and i have oily skin but whenever I apply it its really cakey and clings to my skin and face hairs. Does this happen to you?

I can't say I have that problem, but sounds like it's too thick?? Maybe?? I'm no expert in this area but I use a hydrating oil free lotion (H20) and then once that sets I use MAC's Oil control lotion and then buff the HD foundation on with my small Kabuki brush. It helps with the application.

I haven't worn it for a full day but so far no issues with it! I love the way it feels and how it looks in all kinds of lighting.
