  • Scumbag Ritwika

Owns Porsche, owns tons of photo and video equipment worth thousands of dollars

    Asks me to donate money...

I dont want to live on this planet anymore!

  • Ein Porsche fahren, aber eine Spende haben wollen ! Das sind die richtigen.

  • Like a girl can drive a porsche. 3:13 lol

  • Looks pretty good

  • nice

  • 'If it moves, it's not secure.' Nice one Sherlock.

  • So you drive a Porsche and you want me to DONATE you money? Ehh... no?

  • @Lehtosenkanava

    Hahaha

  • Comment removed

  • im planning on doing this soon... you can get ball heads for $5-10 on ebay. Ive seen one already used on a camcorder on another video and it held up good.

  • Do you have the confidence to mount your Canon 5DII on it?.. im curious cuz im thinking about it.. but not quite sure about if it's strong enough

  • @vuilang I made one of these today and mounted my Canon 550D Very solid. Didn't seem to flinch at all. yet I was still leery of having my 900 dollar camera and 500 dollar lens on the outside of my car..... May want to invest in a safety strap of some kind like a ratchet strap.

  • wish i were in this gal's shoes . . . posche. OMG!

  • @awesomejpg The question is: why do people buy a Porsche with automatic gearshift^^

  • i have a expensive camera. my concern is it falling off. is this ever an issue

  • what the hell girl!..how rich are you ?..you have everything :)

  • I have had one just like this since 2006.. thing to note. safety lines when using on the outside of the car. a simple small rope had saved me a couple of cameras. :)

  • Is that sierra or felter?

  • I've had asimilar suction cup mount that I have used with several cams inside my vehicle for over two years. One problem where I live is temperature extremes. When the temperature warms up the suction cups release and it will fall off. The same is true if it gets cold. I'd never try this outside (not even with my GoPro) unless it was tethered. Otherwise yes it works and is cheap, but then I don't drive a Porche either.

  • Your family must be loaded!

  • Great job, thanks for posting.

  • thanks for the video, very helpful. ignore the negative comments. though I wouldn't trust my dslr with just the suction cups. a tie down strap added with your method should work perfect.

  • nice!

  • Please don't drive that Portche like that! From 5:10 to 5:18 you are driving it fast on 2nd or 3rd that's not good for the engine!

  • @reaper57abvbg P.S. Listen to the sound!

  • I got better solution and its cheaper>> a chewing gum>> only 30 cents..

  • 5 dollar car mount.... its called DUCT TAPE!!! it comes in various colors and designs, enjoy :D

  • Harbor freight is terrible.

  • use ductape. there you go. works just as well

  • is that ur car=

  • Any relation to Ritwika Mitra?

  • Using Tilex on a red Porche was not a smart idea. That may turn the $10 car mount into a very expensive paint job.

  • @DBroc27 Good observation, but not quite perfect :-) Have you seen any pink colored Tilex? Guess what that may be

  • @supportren touche!

  • @DBroc27 Porsche Boxter aka poor man's Porsche

I wouldn't be worried about ruining the paint job ;)

  • Suction cup - 8 dollars

cheapest ball head - 25 dollars

heart attack when you destroy you 3000 dollar rig - priceless

  • If you can afford that car, then I guess you can afford a new camera what it cups fail. TIP; Run a ratchet tie-down through the handle and secure it to the car.

  • nice porsche!

  • I'm in love!!

  • I would add safety straps, just in case the suction cups fail.

  • One problem with car mounts near the tires: debris from the wheel wells. if you had driven for long enough in that position you could've seriously damaged it (especially with that porsche).

  • Hmmm... a porsche then a lexus

    Someone's Wealthy

  • buy a gopro! problem solved! it comes with a car mount and the camera is water proof

  • nice job, sharing knowledge is really great

  • Cool,thanks

  • this is awesome

  • Are you guys retarded? You can get a Porsche Boxster for less than $15k...

  • How does the suction cup hold against cold weather?

  • i tint your windows for a hundred dollars :)

  • I have a question , how can you be so rich ?

  • @oliazadehali cause she is smart

  • Something tells me daddy bought that car, not her.

  • As I was saying if u have nothing good to post why post mean things to this young girl. So sad. Where can you buy a BALL HEAD? From?

  • This was useful thank you, so sad there are so many haters, if you Hanov

  • BRILLIANT, LOVE IT - SO SUBSCRIBE

  • your hot

  • @supportren I don't like Ferrari..

  • @midgetmayo ahahah it's not a Ferarri!))))))

  • @DJCROSS777 I never said it was. I know it is a Porsche.. I bet you could not spell that either without looking it up..

  • @supportren Yeah, but you still do not have a clutch pedal...

  • automatic?..... what a waste of a car

  • Suction cup - 8 dollars

cheapest ball head - 25 dollars

you not knowing how to add - priceless

  • @EvilPanda1988 if you're that cheap not to afford a sub $30 car mount you probably shouldn't have bought a $200+ video camera.

  • @EvilPanda1988 I would assume you would have a ballhead if you were trying to do this in the first place..

  • how do you have money to all that stuff???????

  • Cute!

  • after the video...women driver crashes the porche

  • @sajdsjdsjkgds *facepalm*

  • That's damn cool.

  • does this person live in the denver area? i came up with this idea 6 years ago, and although there is no patent or anything, i feel kinda ripped off.

  • what ball heads would you suggest that arent that expensive?

  • Pretty cool idea, but did you just use Tilex on your car and windows? I'm hoping it's just water because that cannot be good for your car's paint or window tint.

  • people like you have the best things and do the worst shit!

  • funny if you can afford that car why you have to DIY?

  • @yungshu888 If I had the knowledge and ability to DIY that car, than I would have DIYed that too :-)

  • @supportren Move to Ohio and teach me the ways of DIY camera equipment. :)

  • @yungshu888 this is why you don't have money.

  • thanks dear.. extremely useful

  • This is a great low-budget item, whether it's $10 or $20.

However, as one who has used professional car mounts, you generally do NOT want the surface to be wet when attaching the suction cups, you want it as clean and dry as possible.

  • damn girl, your doing your thing, keep it up. cant wait to see projects from you

  • WORKED OUT GREAT FOR ME....... USED IT IN MY LAST MUSIC VIDEO....THANKS......GREAT VIDS....

  • Check out Camera Mount Clamp dot com

  • Thank you

  • $10 bs, the suction cups are $10-$15 and the cheapest ball heads are at least $5 plus bolt etc your looking at $20 at least, so they should change the title

  • I saw that same industrial suction cup for $15 ...

  • 1. Get someone to hold the camera out the window

    2. ???

    3. Profit

  • What a waste of a porsche, bloody automatic

  • Omg...there's no way in hell am I going to trust this mount on the outside of the car. Good ffor interior shots tho.

  • guys, she may have a lot of money and drive nice cars, but don't forget...SHE IS HELPING PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO CAN'T AFFORD THE REAL MOUNT :)

  • Forgot to ask; why tip on how to mount it under the bumper to get a really low to surface shot? Some examples are the Ronin chase scenes and the infamous 70s shot of a car going through Paris.

    watch?v=C07kT3N5H14&feature=fvst

  • Nice video. I don't know if I would trust a consumer product like that suction device to hold a $1000 T3i much less a 5D MKII. I have a GoPro for that but it's of course not very good quality or HD.

  • @supercooled You bought the wrong GoPro then... GoPro Hero HD does is both good quality and HD.

  • well i am from brasil in south America Recife and i my case i wanted to do filming from inside my car because of safety reasons loved you video and what a nice car you got there...’

aren’t you too young to be driving a porsche?

  • I added a video response that has some glidecam shots from the lateral of a car. Thanks!

  • Lol, Ritwika! :-) Okay the car mount is easy to build but where do we get a car like that that has flat parts to place the suction cups on?!

I "keed". Useful stuff as usual! Thanks for the upload!

  • Hai, can you post a video which completely show off interfacing guitar to cubase 5??? Thank you

  • AN Automatic Porsche???!!!!! The Gods are forsaking us!

  • Great tutorial. I bought one for $7.99 from Harbor and used it with a Cowboystudio swivel flash bracket from Amazon to hold a compact camera. Works great! Those Gordon suction lifters are rated at 150 lbs.

  • actually, only dslr's have a rolling shutter issue

  • Cool video*

  • @sumitino you do no that's a Porsche. Not a Ferrari. Boxters are far from a Ferrari.

    Colleen video tho!

  • SPOLIED BRAT!!!!

  • I would not take advice from anyone who drives an automatic sports car.. haha j/k

  • She forgot one very, very important part.....

    the safety.

There is no rope holding the camera in case the suction cups fail.

  • yeaaaa!! a wuvo que idea tan fregona chido one ;)

  • hello ritwika :: everybody has a common doubt here, are you filthy rich :D ?

  • where can i buy the porche?

  • a bit shaky...(((

  • Great. Thanks

  • Excellent.

  • you are to young to drive a car and this car is not for girls . so i think that you have to much money i why you wear glasses when there is no sun.

Great tips but i too jealous of your car . course 1 problem its automatic ;D

  • ppl need to relax. it doesn't matter if she drives a porsche. she is obviously showing us a way to save money. I have money but doesn't mean i will spend big if i don't have to to achieve the same shot im looking for.. lighten the hell up. she is gorgeous and doing her thing.

  • what kind of lens is on your canon hr r10

  • @surfkid18 I fitted a Sony wideangle adapter on my Canon

  • Loved your video. Your presentation was to the point and not filled with useless junk like some viewers upload. I've always used a tripod for my car shots. But, sometimes you need something different. I went out the next day and bought a suction cup and by that afternoon I was mounting it on my hood for a test drive. I didn't use a ball-head mount but, a flat 4"x 5" board and a tripod head. Works great. Vibration? Minimal.

  • awesome

  • desde acambaro te vees bien farola... yo opino que dices...

  • she is lukin much cuter in this video i guess

  • ......I know someone that'd give HER a good car-mount for FREE! SHE ONLY MADE THE VIDEO TO SHOW OFF HER DAD'S CAPITALIST CROOKED WEALTH AND THE UN-AMERICAN CAR. GET A LIFE OR DEVELOP A TALENT!

  • Will definitely try this out. One problem: vibration. Any ideas on how to reduce the vibration?! The image seems too distorted to be usable at times.

  • @davidstonephoto 1) Drive on a smooth road

    2) Buy a better camera with no rolling shutter

    3) Stabilize during post production.

By the way, many director of photography intentionally shoot shaky action shots to increase the action effect. So shakiness may not be an issue at all.

  • @supportren better camera with no rolling shutter i a very misleading sentence

  • @davidstonephoto another solution: try wetting a cotton bud with a little Coke Zero and rubbing a line across the outside of the front passenger's door. Then yelp loudly twice, lifting your chin high up to the sky and rolling your eyes as far back as they will go. This will ward off any evil spirits which cause vibrations while the camera is recording. The Coke Zero will act as a catalyst to the "energy concentration situation" (ECS) you'll be creating, increasing the intensity of the experience

  • Hi,

I was wondering what was the brand of the heavy duty ball mount was?

I read some of the posts below and couldn't find it. I appreciate the work you put into this video, It is really helpful.

    Thanks.

    Chad...

  • @LuminescentPictures That was American made Kirk BH3, one the very best ball head in my opinion.

  • @supportren Oh, so your $10 project suddenly actually costs $285 since you used a $275 ball mount.

  • nice one. thanx for sharing. keep up the good ideas. :)

  • Very good video! Please continue to provide helpful video production information for those of us who want to learn and don't allow the venom coming from others to discourage you. You rock! Thanks again!

  • why didnt you buy one of the expensive ones ya tight-wad? Not like mummy and daddy cant afford it?

  • wait...how did u drill a hole in the handle...

  • You didn't mention the cost of the ballhead which adds to the cost of your solution.

  • Awesome video I was just wondering where can I purchase those ball heads at?

  • Dubai?

  • 14? you kidding me? eastern girls look like 12, but their age are older than you think. Most of them are 25-30 and they still look like a 14yr old.

  • porche? at 14? ,daddys little princes...

  • what do you do for a liveing !

  • Super!! Thanks a lot for your video :)

  • She can clean windows! Very talented

  • Wow. I'm 14. I want this camera. I want this Porsche. But heck, don't drive it in first gear! 5:09

  • Wealthy parents

  • Tilex + Porsche. Great combination.

  • to make your own camera car mount.. first thing you need is a "CAR" ... Damn !!!

  • She has everything, i mean EVERYTHING, to make nearly professional films, but I haven't seen any... she is just showing off, what she gots..

  • How old are you? And fuck your rich.

  • Great stuff but this is almost how much they cost in amazon anyway :)

  • Damn girl, you are so hot! Love this. Subscribed! :D

  • Can someone tell me what these suction cup things are actually used for?

I tried to read the box, but couldn't.

  • @eveningniteshade they are used for easy control when placing glas in window frames,

the edges of glas plates are sharp (offcours) and the suction cups make it easy to carry and place the glass

  • Tilex?.....There goes the clear coat. Good DIY though, maybe a hard rubber washer in between the suction cup and ball mount to reduce vibration a little.

  • @linkinmylog It was just tap water in that bottle :-) Good observation and suggestion, thank you.

  • So you can afford a nice Porsche but not a real camera mount............ uummm, ok

  • @neftajr the point is to show YOU WHO CANT afford it, how to make one! UNDERSTAND now... damn people think just cause you have nice things you cant make due and now spend! And it may not even be her stuff, (PARENTS)?

  • @neftajr daddys money

  • @neftajr It's a cheapo Boxter, even I could afford one of those.

  • @neftajr It's not what she can afford..it's for us Indie film makers can afford.

Thanks for the video, looking forward to trying this out.

  • @neftajr exactly what I thought, that Porsche budget on gas for 1 day would be more than a camera mount already.

  • @neftajr its a guide for people that might not have that money... look at her as a teacher.

  • @neftajr hahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa totally agree

  • awsome stuff! any ideas for digital camera mounts for motorcycles (cheap DIY)? good (or decent) stabilizing and mounting? thx!

  • nice

  • That's a good DIY, but in my opinion the camera shakes to much. Can this be reduced?

  • more suction cups and rods, the more fixed points on a car the better it gets,

try attaching at least two extra sets in a 60 to 90 degree angle between each other and to the top of the camera,

1 sucker is like a flagepole it wobles

2 suckers are like an A frame and much better

3 suckers is a bit like a piramide and much much better

and remember that your "connectors" must be sollid because if the leave room for movement they are not much help.

(pardon me englisch I am Dutch)

  • You seriously are a genius Ritwika! Wow! I am speechless with how clever and masterful this idea is. Thankyou so much for showing this! You've saved me so much money and time! And for that, I can't thankyou enough! GENIUS!

  • Outstanding job young lady. I love to see young people that know their stuff. I tip my hat to you!!

  • Hi! Is it possible to film in 60 ips with canon 5D?

  • OMG what?! Your car? Great tutorial though.

  • you like to learn things that very good :)

  • how old are u

  • That is a very cool and a simple build and ignore the comments from the jealous peasants. ritopgun what's your deal.First you compliment her on what a good idea it is,then you berate her even though you found your own solution.Go Figure

  • Granted the suction mount is under $10 (I actually paid $7.95 at the same hardware store), the ball head mounts are very expensive. A medium duty ball head can cost anywhere from $40-100.

My question is (since mine is not yet assembled) can I purchase a light duty ball head ($5 on ebay!) will this suffice, and if so, how feasible is the attachment from the suction cup to the ball head?

  • Shes like 14 has a porche and a canon 5d WTF!
