  • its refreshing to see someone with gloves

  • I would have wanted anaesthetic

  • ouch, that looks like it must hurt. poor guy

  • I keep waiting for that scalpel to get lodged into his back...

  • have to disagree with those who say a good job was done, totally none aseptic! These procedures should always be done in a clinical environment. It is not necessary to pack after cyst removal if it has been done properly. it is more likely to intoduce bacteria. Profylatic antibiotics would do the job. Go to th doctor every time!

  • Finally, GLOVES!

  • never trust a blonde with a scalpel in her hand with your damn infections

  • God! That nurse was annoying me! Her technique was ALL WRONG and she's suppose to be the professional! ATTACK IT FROM UNDERNEATH!!! Ugh!

  • 250$ hmmmm ill take the home remedy way lol

  • part 2 video is the stitches he received from the scalpel while she was squeezing ( shakes head)

  • holy fuckin mrsa infections! i don't know who's more fucked up,them for operating on the floor and posting shit on youtube or all of us for watching this shit lmao. either way it's a damn good gagging laugh

  • You never want to knock your beer over during an operation! This is what my Doctors tell me.

  • I just had a gnarly cyst on my neck removed, and it only cost 250.00. For crying out loud,go to the doctor next time.

  • 1:23

  • 1:23 grandma took huge dump

  • Very serious question. Is it cheaper to buy scalpels etc than go to the doc?

  • Put down the scalpel while you squeeze...

  • @tcorourke2007 genau .. aus der hand damit .. einmal abrutschen & bb life

  • i think she did a pretty damn good job.

  • "Just don't knock your beer over..."

This has got to be RedNeck surgery at its finest!

  • I was ok till it got to about 3:19 haha.

Had to call it quits at that point.

  • The first rule of amateur home surgery is to not knock your beer over.

  • I should stop watching these :P

  • This lady has OBVIOUSLY not actually done and I&D before. She could be fired for taking the instruments from the clinic. And the liability is HUGE

  • @Zaynesgrammy shut the fuck up.

  • Comment removed

  • I know this lady thinks she knows what shes doing but you dont uses that tool for extraction. I have pairs of those scissors and they are far too sharp to simply reverse the grip and more or less stap into the wound.

  • I love how women are so into popping the nastiest of wounds. Does it stink? Oooo look at that I cant watch anymore but they always do. Its killing that younger girl not to be doing the squeezing. thats great.

  • the biggest mistake that people make when doing cysts is that they don;t get the sac, the lump, that stuff she pulled out at the end, and that they HAVE to pack it after like she;s doing with the gauze, because that way the bacteria cannot grow and fill the hole again,, it also allows draining, which is really important, she did a GREAT JOB

  • Is margo a nurse or something?

  • Collect it and save it for remembrance.

  • Iss naht a toomah!

  • im to weak to stop looking at this shit!! im fealing sick now! to much puss. wat dose it smell like, maybe slightly fishy with the metaly blood smell

  • GLOVES! FINALLY

  • my mouth is watering

  • Excellent technique! Really, she did a great job. No screaming, no fuss, just business, and well done!

  • What did she use to numb you up?

  • That was pretty cool.

  • there was no need for the ribbon gauze, appart from anything before putting it in the cavity it was all over his back getting contaminated. these procedures should always be done in a clinical environment no matter how clever you think you are!

  • Just let the dog lick it and it will heal in a couple of days.

  • hay i wanted to shave u i did 2

  • anymore gloves i wanan do it

  • I use to have severe acne, and about a year ago I used this acne product called (BEAUTY ADEQUATE) Ointment and mask. It works like a wonder it was Awesome and has made a definite difference to my skin, I absolutely love it and I’m so pleased I found it such an awesome product. Check them up! I hope I have been good help to you guys

  • strangely, I think I like the ones that are 25% sebaceous material 75% sack...

omg..did I just say that?? Excuse me while I go call the men in white coats...

  • Drinking wasn't very smart because alcohol thins the blood. Not saying that this will happen in this case but, alot of blood can be lost that way.

  • Try putting the scalpel down BEFORE you start manipulating the wound.

  • what do you do for a job?

    Oh, I pop people's zits... ;D

  • the way she put in a wick to drain it suggests she was at least a nurse at some stage

  • old man is a player

  • someone has been shopping in the supply closet at work

  • HOLLY SHIT STOP MAKING GROSSED OUT NOISES WHEN YOU'RE IN THESE VIDEOS!!!..........How hard is it for a guy to masterbate in silence.

  • "It's not infected" - are you kidding me? WHAT DOES THAT WHITE PUS LOOK LIKE?? it's an infection. DUH! Makes me wonder where they studied medicine.. scary.

  • why am I always eating chips why I watch this stuff?

  • dude u destroyed his back and pulled the sac out way to hard. u didnt even hold the scissors correctly ya dunce cap.

  • she keeps pushing whatever's inside back and forth...not out.

  • why do i watch this shit ima fucked up person

  • She def is not a nurse!!! Where the hell was the sterilization, saline to rinse out the wound, and she used scissors, not even a hemostat...This woman prob worked at a dental office and snatched some of their instruments! Those are autoclavable bags that the instruments were in...Wouldnt want her to cut into me, it has sepsis and mrsa written all over it! Video was cool though!

  • @alicia7375 You're an Idiot.

  • i had one of these mofos on my armpit it aint no joke

  • why am i in the weird part of youtube?...AGAIN? (-.-)

  • "hey dad does it stink?" dad should've said: "why, do you wanna fuckin smell it you stinky whore"

  • Oops! Sorry dear, I think I got a small chunk of your lung there.

  • @imallpissedoff no way she got lung! after all she's almost done with her cna course online! lol

  • Totally agree with aerni77. GET UNDER IT AND SQUEEZE!!!

  • For crying out loud, PUT THE DAMN SCALPEL AWAY WHEN YOU PRESS ON HIS BACK!

  • @Draven84 Fuckin-A, right? Christ some people don't have the sense god gave a piece of toast

  • @ 0:17, I've got that same look on my face now!

  • Why do they stick in that strip of tissue after empting the cyst? Is it to drain it? Or is it sterilizing stuff on the tissue? For how long do they keep it in there because the wound can heal with it in there?

  • @stimpen12 it's packing material. if you keep that in there then you wont get recurring cysts in the same place. not sure about length of time though.

  • Its true Americans have to resort to this sort of thing. He is probably self -employed and after paying 30% federal taxes not to mention State taxes and property tax little is left over for Health insurance not if you want to live in a halfway decent home and take a vacation every year. God bless America

  • the first one doing a perfect job

  • someone has been stealing supplies from work

  • I bet she's seen every episode of St.Elsewhere. Twice.

  • In some cases, cysts can be a symptom of an autoimmune disease. I hope you see a physician.

  • Squeezing can force the infection down into the bloodstream.

  • love the line, "back from the beer run!"

  • WHERE'S THE PEROXIDE?!!

    Every backyard surgeon uses peroxide!!!!

  • Zoom

  • She should shave his back while she's back there.

  • Is it just me or the pullin out of the actual puss sack is always the BEST??

  • Sorry aern77 but you're wrong. Not far so since I think you & others think the definition of a cyst is a packet full of infection. Normally that is not the case at all. In this setting cysts are just a packet of sebum and sweat enclosed by a membrane. People live with them any number of years. It is when they get agitated, they can become infected. A boil on the other hand is always an infection consisting of several packets that must be brought to a head before draining..Never squeeze, LANCE!

  • that effing blade is making me effing nervous

  • Now thats takin it like a real man.

  • nice milf

  • does it stink? No cause its not infected. Still there is a little odor to it. Its a little stinky. Ok doc, then where did all the pus come from? Of course it is infected.

  • Sebacous fluid is secreted all the time it is why ur skin gets oily. however, pus comes when neutrophils engulf bacteria via phagocytosis and then die. so pus is essentially dead neutaphils!! that is all :) and i am speaking to u suzannecocks

  • squeeze it with the scalpel still in your hand, real smart....

  • Skababy8227 you're showing your ignorance! Lol it's a cyst, and it's NOT infected. The pulpy inside of the cyst is not infected pus. It's sebaceous material...

  • Does it stink? No... cuz its not infected. yeah right. the pus IS the infection.

  • it is one of the best I've seen and I have been watching these gross stuff for the last few days lol

  • You can watch the doctors on videos and they do it the same exact way so go get a degree and figure it out then.

  • Love how she kept hold of the scalpel and just started reefing on his back.... True professional.

  • this woman is a effin butcher!!!

  • mot infected????? dumb idiot a cyst is an infection what the fuck do you think the puss is from ?

  • STOP cutting, damn it!

  • awesome! its one of the best I've seen on youtube!!! :)

  • The nurse was right, it isn't infected. I'm a nurse too, and I have had both infected and non-infected cysts (one required surgical removal of about 12 cubic inches of tissue). There is a difference in the material that gathers inside a regular cyst; it is more like fatty tissue. An infected abscess looks and feels different. The liquid is pus and is usually runny and an off-color like greenish or yellow.

You are right about the squeezing technique... could've done much better...

  • I'm not sure the best place for this is the living room floor...

  • This person is a nurse?? What does she mean it doesn't stink cuz it's not infected??? That whole mass of puss IS infection...its a bunch of dead white blood cells which the body recruits to try to heal the infection. You don't get cysts in the absence of infection...you get them as a result of infection. And yes, I agree...all these posts of people squeezing pus pockets - they are doing it wrong...you need to get under it and squeeze from all four sides at once.

  • @aerni77 There's NO way this person is a nurse, or any trained medical professional for that matter. Probably just someone that watched a few vids on YouTube, got ahold of a scalpel and gloves, and decided to give it a shot. The tecnique is NOT aseptic (look it up) and she's cutting WAY too much, just to name a few things. Any trained medical professional would not do it this way. You are totally correct about the relationship between pus and infection. And yes, I AM a nurse, unlike her!

  • @aerni77 what you just mean is "abscess", caused as you right explained.. But this is a cyst : clogged sebaceous gland, which in long time has caused a adipoma (bag of fat)..

  • @MrMedico33

Yes, this is a Sebaceous cyst, and its NOT pus coming out these as many people claim!

But this can be infected...then we see real pus followed by more solid "core" material!

  • @aerni77 its a sebaceous cyst, sebum doesn't necessarily have a smell.

  • @aerni77

that said, it may not have been infected - infection may have died already

  • @aerni77 Hey genius go to medical school, cyst are not necessarily an infection.

  • @aerni77 Actually if it's a sebaceous cyst, it tends to be filled with a mixture of sebum and keratin which builds up in the abnormal gland. This in itself can sometimes smell, even in the absence of infection. But it can be quite common for these to abcess and become concurrently infected.

  • @aerni77 it think if it's sebaceous, it's made up of fat hence the yellow pus like color, if it is an infection, it should've had an inflammation, and the pus would've reached out of the skin after some time, and there would be no need for cutting

  • @aerni77 Sebaceous cysts are not infections rater a blocked duct... They can though get infected.

  • @aerni77 Actually, the cyst isn't necessarily infected. You can get a cyst that is not infected. But you are correct in saying that she is full of crap for saying that it doesn't smell. What smells bad in what we call sebaceous cysts is a keratinous material with the consistency of cottage cheese.

  • Comment removed

  • @aerni77 You most certainly can develop a cyst in the absence of infection. I had four cysts on my scalp that were removed intact (the contents still contained in the sack), but never had any infection. They are genetic subaceous cysts and my mother had them as well. They can become infected and need to be removed, but if they are small and not infected, often the doctor will tell you that if it isn't bothering you, leave it alone.

• i cant stand it when people press down instead of getting up underneith the zit and squeezing the hell out of it! i mean its not rocket science people!

  • @yourallbrainwashed it's not a zit..

  • @yourallbrainwashed I know right?! annoys the hell outta me!

  • Mooooommmmmm, the butcher is home!!!!

  • Stop using the cutters. The whole fun is the squeezing lol

  • put the scalpel down first!

  • that's the way the doc does it are you a doc or assistant?

  • when you are pushing stuff out of a "cyst" you need to feel to the end of the ball and go from under an push up....I'm suprised how many dr. an nurses don't know that.

  • she's pushing the wrong way was she trying to crack a rib on this guy??!!

  • Lame

  • Nice job. I was waiting to see if you were going to pack that lovely hole. "ValleyJulie" I am assuming she packed it due to the depth of the hole upon removing the encapsulated cyst. Nice Job Nurse. Cheers!

  • awesome job...great nurse...really fast

  • Iodoform? Surgical tools? Are you supposed to be using all of that at your home?

  • do not stab too deep, so it´s dangerorus when the "material" goes to the inside!Pull it a bit apart before you squeeze! Clean the hole after you pull the skin outside with H2o hydrogene (Same mixed potential like the dentist use)

But you do a good job....

  • shes prolly a nurse seem like they all knew wat too do n wat was wat soo i wudnt say too much

  • Wow. Pops is pretty tough! Nice Vid!

  • Why would you pack a sebaceous cyst? If you get the sack out there isn't anything else to drain. I didn't see any infection there.

Other than that you did a great job of getting that drained! You are a good nurse. Did you get your instruments from work? Nice job of keeping everything sterile. I do agree with one thing mookzmom said... closer shots with the camera would have shown things better. It's called a "zoom" button. Thanks!

  • Good job! Thanks for sharing this. My only suggestion for next time would be to try to get closer in shots. This video has been submitted to the website "Pop that Zit.com". Congratulations!
