ohkay , so whats the point of making this a tutorial if you're going to actually teach us how to play the song? if you don't have the time to make an actual tutorial than just don't make one. now i feel like i've just wasted my time watching your "tutorial" .

I can play a little bit of that song...I tried learning it myself...but then I tried learning "River Flows in You" and now most of the time I just keep playing RFIY instead...I know how to play RFIY (whole song) I don't mean to brag but I can play it very fluently even though I am only 10...well... I am turning 11 this September 2009...and I must admit I have very small fingers...so I guess it's pretty cool that I can play it...NO HATERZ PLZ.!
carz1607 is it? yeah...uhm...F+ means F major and A- means A minor...so by saying that I guess you can probably identify the difference....LOL...just helpin' out...
like i'm good with understanding what you do with your left hand on the piano...if you could do a separate tutorial with your right hand then that would be great!
the tutorial was really good man...but you know the melody part...could you give a seperate tutorial on that with a close up because i'm finding it hard to figure out the exact keys...i dont have nay problem with the chords though man
I really like this way of doing a tutorial. I can't read notes, and by slowing it down and showing the whole keyboard it made it super easy. Thanks so much!
Mm..I'm a student in music..studying classical and jazz musical theory and harmony as well as instrument arrangement..and + is clearly an augmented chord... maybe its different elsewhere..but here if you see a + chord... the fifth is augmented...like if you would wrote G(#5) but no one write that... its always G+... somtime Gaug like you said but not really often... but i'm french... maybe that COULD make a difference... but our RealBook are in english so.... that should'nt make a difference...
LOL well I study classical and Jazz music too, and I'm in Canada, I also studied it in Taiwan but the book are English from the US. So yea, maybe it's like you said, it's different from where your from. But if you check out the key signitures or chords for the published music books world wide, they put Major and minor as + and -. Anyways, do it the way we learned it :)
Uh ? On the screen you wrote thing like G+.... but + mean it is an augmented chord.... meaning it would be G, B, D SHARP.... so you should have just wrote G Major... or G....
Well as I have said there is no sheet music :) That's the whole point of this tuorial, I listed the chords and played the melody, that's the best I could do cause I don't have time to do all the other things :D
Loved it! thank you!!!!!

jzindeed13 2 years ago
no..- is minor...+ is augmented, if u want to write major u just write(example) C or CM..or C with a triangle
knmp23 2 years ago
actually + is not augmented,.... it goes... diminished as an o, minor as -, major as + and augmented as x

@TerryCPiano js, this is two years later, but a plus sign does indicate and augmented chord
