  • Any weight is allowed....provided that the person is strong enough to maintain good/perfect form. The two most common mistakes people make with these exercises (and while holding weights) is to extend the neck and to shrug the shoulders.

    So if your form is good and you're pain-free, go for it.

  • Could 1 to 2 1/2 lbs. In hands be used?
