i cant get stable pass 2.84 ghz on stock voltage, even if i raise voltage i get freeze over 247 bus speed... i have all bios features

Hi so..i use 500w jersey power and my fan is not stock but i use AC 64 cooler and voltage on my cpu is 2,4v at 3,1ghz

what do u have the volt-settings on? i've got mine on 2,7 ghz now, but i want to overclock it to 3 as well.. but i just cant figure out the right voltages.

ye its realy work..this is not fake..but its old video..maybe with better motherboard you can get better frequency..i say my max unstable is +- 3,2ghz but problem is with DDRII and normal freq. i mean working freq. (not stock) is at now 3,1ghz

got the same cpu got mines too 3.11ghz testing it now if it goes good ima try to take it to 3.2ghz temp with prime95 runin is 47c

I'm planning to get this CPU (vs. the Athlon II 245 2.9Ghz) what do you think? and, is this overclocking really stable? what if I'm using the stock fan? and how did you overclock it?

ok so i think Athlon II 245 2.9Ghz is better because he using DDR III memory and 2,9ghz is stock for this cpu. I overclock my cpu at 3ghz (now at 3,1 :D) because iam using newest bios and supported motherboard. And using cooler - Arctic Cooler 64.

this cpu is x3 and total is 6,9 and a x3 over clocked is much better than 2,9 dual or 1 cpu

Dude I overclocked my Intel Dual Core @2.2 GHz to 3.1 GHz(in my old PC)

BTW my new PC has an Intel Core 2 Duo @2.8 GHz
