What an idiot but, I mean really that CSX crew should have blown the horn. It's in railroad rulebooks that the horn must be blown multiple times if people or animals or any other obstruction is on the tracks. @TWFsbeast Yeah that confused me as well. It's clear in this video that the kid was extremely close to being hit. I'm not sure why the engineer waited until after he passed him to blow the horn.
@Chessiecat97 another few seconds and he would have gotten hit! I'm sure he was listening to an mp3 player or something. I didn't even notice him there until I transfered the video onto my laptop. Its a good thing he didnt get hit though, this is one of my best videos and the sky is perfect right at the end. If he had gotten hit it would have been taken as evidence for his stupidity.
@PaulPeirceFan I had three CSX one unit wonders on this day, all within an hour of eachother. I'll try to upload them soon but my bandwith is limited due to my 3 other roomates here at college so uploading is a royal pain.

If there is a person on the tracks, they MUST use the horn, no matter what town/city rule exists.

@Conraildan yeah it did, Theyre also making an underpass a little farther east so there are no crossings on the CSX line for quite a ways now.
