  • Gorgeous sound!

  • I see a lot of videos of military aircraft flying in this 'Mach Loop', What's the Mach loop actually? I would love some info of it. Looks really fascinating!

  • I was thinking Fat Albert as in the Blue Angels C-130!

  • @USAF2409 Agreed ..

  • These have flown by my house very often for my entire life and I've never seen one fly like that! Great video, beautiful place.

  • @idontcare80 Its great to see such a big aircraft flying so low in the mountains, they do it at night sometimes.

  • @Wonkabar007 great quality and way to keep the camera steady nice job

  • why do they always turn on their sides going through?? is it a saluting thing of some kind i wouldnt know much about it

  • @HeresDean it's called a loop for a reason. it's hard to notice but the mountains do wind around, hence the reason for the right hand turn.

  • @HeresDean if you watch some vids from different spots you can tell planes are doing quite sharp turns... looks like its going stright from the angle.

  • Everybody wants their turn through the Mach Loop! My Dad flew through there when F-100's were around back in the 60's.

  • Not all of the C-130's are being replaced. Assuming we're talking about the RAF, the older variants, like the C-130K, are retiring but the C-130J are staying to fly with the A400M as they are quite new.

  • @jackdavidharris C-130K is the tanker, the older Herc's are the H variant, some of them are over 35 years old, I was wearing blue when they had the 25th anniversary flypast at RIAT.

  • wonkabar i wouldnt worry about them being withdrawn just yet, end ex for the J is 2022 so another 10 years or so, luckily for the environment tho the smoke factory K only has 18 months left!

  • @rm2808 Thanks for the info, good to know some will still be flying.

  • awsome vid keep up the good work =)

  • A very nice capture of the fat alberts well done .

  • I must go there one day.. :)

  • i was speechless after your video with the Harriers ;) , but dammed what a nice site for spotting airplanes.

great flying by the herc crew , we have not such a high mountains we got dikes.
