There's a community based policing officer at every police agency who coordinates the citizen groups. These groups are given grants to go after the targets in the US by the Dept of Justice. It's the same in all of Europe Japan, and Philipinees.

Didnt know you were being zapped. My heart goes out to ya man. Thats one thing they dont do to me. For me its just gangstalking gossip attacks and undermining my every move.
