  • This is a banana slider push up! I have known them for years. Even done some of them too!It's more advanced than standard.. Though I have seen some pretty weird push up just minutes ago. What people can do! I must agree I can far less than I would like to admit.

  • great ur pretty fit, so i guess i can ask u...im doin 500 pushups (not every day), at 50 sets of 10 pushups...which pushups should i do? and also, if i do THESE pushups, how many reps and sets should i do?

  • I do 10 sets of ten, but it sounds like you may want to do more. Limits are very personal. I have a neither video doing 20 one hand clap push-ups. They work your explosiveness! thanks

  • hey i'll do that! i can alredy do that awesome ass muay thai pushup where u clap BEHIND THE BACK..i wana go further by doing wat i saw on ANOTHER vid, where this guy claps in the front, behind the back, and front again into another pushups ALL IN ONE MOTION..WTF! =D

  • 50 sets of 10????? why dont u do 10 sets of 50? doing 50 sets of 10 does no where near as much good as 10 of 50, you wear your muscles out faster and get more results! Do diamonds, wide arms, and some weighted pushups for results!

    nah man i started doin weights, but i'll get to that real soon. thx 4 da tip, besidez, i had to get that endurance first, but again, i'll try that =D

  • yeah at first I thought they was a snake press up but they are kinda like a downward dog and cobra. Nevertheless they seem a very good excersise for strengthening the obliques and abs. Thanks for sharing, gonna try em!

  • At boxing we call this kinda press a snake press, but we dont start like you. Just start like a normal push and then do the dip and raise.
