Great Vid. Your first style is bugging me though. The brown belt paired with black shoes is setting off my ocd. Also with your summer styles, I think a pair of print docs would look a lot better! Your outfits are adorable though. Favorite is the winter

@riarocks100 I spray mine with a waterproof shoe spray to keep them from being ruined & it's a good idea to wipe them down with a cloth after wearing in wet weather to avoid salt stains.

This video is awesome! I have the same ones buts patent and I love them! People have this stigma about Doc's that you have to be punk full out edgy to wear them, but I think they look so good with girly clothes cause it adds a bit of edge. Do you think mine will still be good in the rain/snow/slush even though they are patent? Thanks :)

But did you get your doc martens in your actual size or two sizes lower?

I've really wanted to get a pair and am checking the reviews on them and so far some people say that bc they're big its best to get it 2 sizes lower than your actual size

@xxtalim Not a dumb question! My usual size is an 8 and my doc martens are a size 7 1/2. They fit perfectly, you don't want to go too small because they aren't very flexible and will hurt your feet, but you don't want them too big either as they can rub against your ankle and won't be very supportive. The best is to just try them on in store. It also depends on what you want to wear with them, mine I like to pair with chunky socks so my exact size works! Thanks for watching :)

@xxtalim yes get 2 sizes lower as US and Australian sizes are TWO sizes 'larger' - not really but a sales assistant told me to minus 2 sizes from your US/Aus size and that's the size you'll be. ie. 8 [US] - 2 = uk size 6

@Avilakay Mine are a 7 and my converse are a 7 i'm pretty sure, are you ordering them online? It would be best to try them on in store to make sure but I think they fit pretty true to size :)

@Avilakay I'd say get size 7 just to make sure they won't be too small, and if they are a bit big you can wear them with thick socks because it's more comfortable to wear them with thick socks anyway. go with a 7!
