if any1 has ever lifted heavy and really worked out the bicep after a set like this, its hard to place the weights back on the rack. sure hes moving, but look at the concentraion of bicep at top of his exercise still working out biceps, stop hating

@wetnoodleslapper You cant recruit the highest threshold muscle fibers if they don't get a chance to move tremendous weight. There is a time for not sticking with totally strict form. And there is a time to stick with strict form. Bodybuilders exploit the benefit of each.

@TheSleepingMoth Doug Miller is a drug tested bodybuilder. He is not on steroids. He may still die in a street fight though; but then again he is a bodybuilder, not a fighter.
