Good luck synching any hacked version of Brawl. It rarely works, both people need the same hacks, and you still have to go through the painful process of finding friend codes.

You might as well just invite some friends over for hack play.

wisp is a combo of different enemies from different games, such as Plasma Wisp from the Kirby series. That's where the unusual charging behavior is from.

No, you need a soft modded wii with The Homebrew Channel and the latest Gecko OS, as well you need the character file (link on the side has it) and a Dynamic file replacement code on an SD card. Smashboards has all the info you need, just search for it.

IF you read the side it would say that I was demoing the character with Brawl+ 5.0 (now outdated). As for playing vBrawl with hacked characters, just don't added the brawl+ files to your SD card when you add the hacked characters.

well, i have a problem with adding characters in b+ XD like wisp, the roy hack and a few others dont work. so i put the .pac in the characters file and thats it? do i leave in the other .pac or do i take every other file out besides the wisp file?

so wen i downloaded wisp, i put the file in jigglypuffs "fighter" folder.

ive tried taking out textures andleaving them in as well as leaving the original .pac file from brawl+(i think its from brawl+ XD) as well as trying to leave every file with it-.-

wat files do you have in your jiggly folder cuz that would probably help a lot

Is your jigglypuff folder called purin? Makes sure it is.

If you have another .pac from brawl+ then you need to remove it first then put the wisp one in the folder and name it FitPurin.pac

Leaving textures shouldn't effect the character from loading properly.

Well I played as wisp the other night and wisp is reaaaally great in teams, seeing how its up b move can cancel knockback, but besides the point wisp is very easy to predict, the only 2 things u should really watchout for are his foward b ( fully charged ) and his down air, but besides all that wisp only has one reallyyy hard hitting move, his foward b, so dont worry about him much, his fair and bair are the same, they both have equal knockback and power...wisp is my main shes way awesome.

Lucario is more complex to make into mewtwo, because despite what you think, mewtwo plays very differently from lucario. There are some beta movesets out for mewtwo now but until model hacking is complete we probably won't be seeing anything in its final stages.

I try to play with WISP but it doesn't work , I have a European Wii and Brawl European too , Nevertheless I put down the file in my SD card, then in every file " private / wii / app / RSBP / Al " but it doesn't work again. What can I do ?

Not sure. For NA Brawl you have to put the file in this folder structure:

private / wii / app / RSBE / pf / fighter / purin

Are you using the right file replacement code? You need the latest version (though I don't know if a pal version of it has been made yet).

I think Nintendo of Europe doesn't give the lastest version because in Europe , into the SD card for Brawl , there is this structure : private / wii / app / RSBE / al ( photo.bin etc ... )

And I tried (try) to create folder "pf/fighter/purin" but it doesn't work =S =(

i saw the final smash...EPIC!!!! Nice job. Although it could use more of a killing blow because some character's final smash are devastating and it'd be nice if wisp had that effect too. Another thing i also noticed is that after doing the final smash, it fully charges the side-B. i liked that. :) 5/5

Not overpowered. It deals damage slowly, can't kill until at least 180%, and dies itself at around 100% from just about any kill move.

Have they found a way to "add" characters to the select screen? Not necesarily with a mugshot, but as a separate character so that in this case, it wouldn't replace Jigglypuff?
