I guess if you already own a GPSr, cost is a consideration, but if you're just getting into geocaching and don't have a GPSr or have an older GPSr and don't want the expense of printing it SAVES you money. Your choice, minimum of $100 for a low-end GPSr or$12 for a very functional geocaching tool that you probably carry all the time and can, on the spur of the moment, search for nearby caches and just go!
