  • it makes me feel sleepy excelent

  • Thank you! Will try it out! It's very practicable and easy so I will give it a go, ;O)

  • Thank you so much!! This video has really helped me calm down.

  • Thank you for these videos - very helpful for an overactive mind.

  • I've watched your video to prepare for a short presentation I have to give to a sub committee of the board at work. I do suffer from panic attacks but it only seems to affect me in the build up and only when I may choose not to speak e.g. I can contribute to large meetings in a relaxed way but if I'm asked to present something later in the meeting I'm a nervous wreck. Very frustrating as my job will require more presenting in the future. Many thanks, I will feedback on how it goes!

    regards

  • Im not exactly sure if i have anxiety or not. I'm a freshman in highschool and for reasons i can't even explain i get the nervous feelings. My stomach gets really upset and gets that butterfly's in your stomach feeling. This is really affecting my life and stopping me from doing things. What should I do?

  • @bizzatch926 This isn't advice sorry, but I have the same problem as you. I am a freshmen in high school and I'm panicking all the time. I think maybe it's because of the transition.

  • @SparklingPeachFuzz that might be part of the reason why but ive been going through this since the beggining of junior high. Glad to hear im not the only one that has this same problem tho. i thought i was going nuts

  • i only have my panic attacks in the middle of the night

  • hey. I really don't know how to describe what i experienced after this exercise. Probably, it all comes from the breathing. Also, by the thoughts that are being constantly repeated in your brain. As i write this comment, i feel a lot of a heck smarter than before. My vocabulary has some how increased to a level of self sufficient confidence. It's funny, English is not my predominant language yet i feel so confident. My state of mind is tranquil . I believe this exercise, has made neurones

  • thanks a lot

  • @cubby721

Brilliant! Keep exploring how to transform anxiety, my new video called anxiety transformer could help you further. Panic attacks are caused by an over reactive limbic system which speeds up your mind and inner dialogue. Focus on slowing everything down.

  • I have awful fears which mean I have very little life. PTSD started obssessing over stomach problems.

I have nausea and heartburn almost every day and am now eating very little.

I am terrified of vomitting and the feeling of trapped wind and cannot cope with this relatively minor ailment,I nearly died from a sickness once, actually vomitting terrifies me,

I have no one apart from my husband and its stressing him out because I dont feel safe at home either. and often run from my home in fear,.

  • @ghostwitchUK You can turn this around. I used to suffer with the same and my own journey helped create the career I have now. It does take time and a bit of patience, but it can change bit by bit. Anxiety is not your fault, its a small part of your brain called the Limbic system which is being over reactive and needs help in calming down. Please seek help or contact me if you would like to chat.

  • I have a major anxiety problem whenever I travel, I'm going on an 8 hour trip back to home, then going on a airplane, and traveling 8 hours to the netherlands for christmas, this helped me think of all my family and how happy i will be when i see them, talking deep breaths really relaxed me. Thank you for putting this helpful video up!

  • @saffyre00

You are very welcome! This technique is perfect for air travel as well as the Anxiety transformer as other travellers wont really know what you are doing. Have a great trip!

  • Im feeling a tad better....see I get anxiety because of spiritual stuff and my aunt is watching a dvd upstairs that ...the case scared me ;-; so ...I need to try more calm down methods but this helped thank you

  • @princesskemo There are unhelpul elements to spirituality which can cause anxiety. I'm glad the video helped you and pelase try my other videos to see what works for you.

  • If the word safe isn't working for you, I was told to try shouting stop out loud. It makes it less severe, but no completely gone.

  • You are welcome. Its also helpful to know that anxiety, panic attacks etc are simply not your fault and that you may be taking on a bit too much in life. If you take a step back and begin bit by bit letting go of some of the pressures surrounding you then your brain can take a bit of a rest and begin to recover. If you need extra help contact me through my website.

  • @beautydiamond76766

Lavender is very calming, good to use in situations where your mind needs a little extra help calming down. Enjoy slowing life down and becoming pro-active instead of reative.
