I can see this as a great idea for a lot of ren-faire vendors. A combination carrying, trailer, shelter. Small, compact, Room for storing extra stock, perfect rain shelter and sleeping quarters, and when the faire is over, pack everything away, hook it up to the trailer ball, and head either to the next faire, or home. The wheels need a little improvement (road-worthy) But sturdy for the job!

Needs aluminum / tin roof, and insulation. Seems like you could steal a dipsty dumpster, CLEAN the hell out of it, respray it, and have a bullet proof steel shelter that would last to the end of your life time. Turn it on its side so the top door opens to the front. A one room storage shed.  The trick being, steal a dipsy dumpster that weighs a ton. Otherwise, cargo storage containers are popular. Or old bread stepvan trucks.

In my travels throughout North Carolina, I have come across similar 19th Century structures. Many families lived in something not much larger.

On the professional side, I have seen several "preserved" law offices that were maybe 8 ft square (max), and shingled. Just big enough to seat the lawyer and a client and hold a few law books. Always located just a few steps to no more than a short block from the county court building. Able to be moved about according to ability to pay location rent.
