This has to be one of the best Holiday theme episode for Grey's. I just love it when Derek said "Xmas makes you want to be with the people you love... Meredith, she isn't a fling, she isn't a revenge. I fell in love with her," I remembered the first time I saw this, I cried like a baby.

I feel bad for all 3 of them because I think all of them were in the "denial" stage, thinking that maybe one day that feeling will pass...
