All Palestinians in Palestine are civilians. Palestinians who fight the jewish occupation regime on their own soil are resistance fighters, and completely legitimate. Hamas may have been created by the invader jews, but what matters now is their policies. They have been elected by the people living in the Gaza Ghetto, & are therefore the legitimate provisory government in times of war with the invaders. "Israel" is not a legitimate country but only the political organization of the invader jews.
