#2 Ethical Entrepreneur: Building Relationships & Your Tribe

Other people can just "teach" you...you alone have to "learn" the meaning yourself. I also believe anything which makes you wake up from bed early in morning with a big wide smile on your face is inspiration to me. It doesn't have to be big but like every day gesture of positivity does a lot.

In the heat of "work battle" when all the odds in the world are stacked against you in the darkest of time when there is only responsibility of the task in front of you no circumstance no second chances. You don't look no further but to you. The only inspiration person i find in such times is me. I agree great speakers and people / achiever inspire you. But i''m a firm believer of the fact that God has ever chosen same road to success as he had for someone else. We need to find our ".owns"

In short lori what i learned that you can only and only inspire yourself and yourself alone. If the other person doesn't have a hint or pinch of inspirisim in him he won't move or budge. Like most of times when i'm in all inspired mood i take out the material world out of my language (money etc) but the world i talk to like to in that place where they are is money and money alone. Money should never be the end but the means to achieve something great like jobs' who was wiling to work for 1 $.

You are right being around inspiring helps. But in my case i cannot choose my surroundings. Its difficult. But i don't go down easily. If i want to communicate something which i truly believe in i do it with inspiring words. I'm sure you have been in those moments when you are a group and you are assigned a particular project that needs to be done by 5-6 members in such occasion esp if the project is demanding and stuff an uninspiring ,un motivated leader

would be a recpie for a failure.

Like inspired people needs be respected not to be abused and misused. Inspiration doesn't mean i'm inspired at all times. Like not 24/7/365 i too have my dull moments and my downs. I'm sure all great men in history scientist , psychologist feel that about their work.

I'm like that kid who has just learn to play a guitar or drive a bicycle in such moments. But in office i have been told many times to quiet myself down and offensively being taked over so they can "kill my ecxcitment" minus it down with negativity and passivenss. I thnk an inspired man is a very brave man too and he could be very dangerous man But there are people who just get the liner definition of what inspiration means to feel good but there is more to it.

And lori, you know what the down side of this sometimes of this over positive energy and be inspiring mood that people vicious people tend to get advantage over you. Like they mis-use your emotions. It has happened to me.Actually i have been mocked many times in office of being shooting off the roof all the times... Even, like me i cannot stop myself going all ga-ga when i really feel excited about something and i really canot control my excitement

Lori, my theme to work is to feel excited whenever anything new

comes and do work which speaks and come out of my heart / soul. You would be amazed like at times i have been complemented

on my work my boss and my co-workers have infact told me explicity "that they could see a true soul-a living breathing thing" in my work in your work. Like its not dead. It speak to you. I'm not saying that work i did was visually apleasing like created a drawing but be it a word document,

I agree 100% that we should kike esp who are in 9-5 job like me be more around people who are truly inspiring. I know there infact so many people who are just doing their jobs like letting the clock tick for them thinking just about how the next hour would pass puts me out

Hah jk... Anyways.. Do you ever feel that in personal branding you ever start to sway away from your true self to sort of make yourself more publicly appealing? Sort of like the celebrity that always has to smile for the paparazzi's? p.s. I'm always looking to team up and kick some ass! I'm just starting to really build a portfolio and gain any real world experience and just make this reality exceptionally amazing
