@FuNnYxxM4N Well it doesn't require a 1.7 ghz processor, it just recommends it for the best performance (60fps instead of my average 30-40 or so)

@KusHDivine the gma 3150 can not do dx11 its unified shaders limit it too full support shader model 3 it can only render certain sections of dx11 not full dx11 compatibility

thats where u tweaked it before no dx11 =O

@sirmousalot11 Hehe, it probably was, but i fixed that now. Now only one other problem, its not working as well as yours. Well not as smoothly, theres some lag, very little, but it can get pretty bad in outside enviroments. Im updating my drivers for my GMA, i think it might help. Awesome vid, nonetheless :P

I can play this with all settings on maximum exept shadows, light detail, and volumetric detail, and get around 20-30 fps

well they have the same system requirements if thats what you mean (it has a different story and levels i think)

are you using win 7 because if you are there's a little trick that you can get more ram with just an SD card

actually you don't need it, i just found out i needed to close some background programs while i gamed and not to game for more than 3 hours, cause the key pad gets hot and your comp might get hot but not too much

hmmm it takes any where 30 seconds to 1 minute (the later is if you just turned on the game and you load up your save)

Hey thank alot for the great videos, I actually just got my acer as an early christmas present and i've gotten fear installed after a very long process lol but for some reason when im playin the the first level insertion point it freezes after your supposed to regroup with your team, any problem like that with you?

one thing i might suggest is down tone some of the graphics and check it if it works and if you can slowly turn stuff back on

@sirmousalot11 It might also have to do with the fact it's downloaded but everything installed smoothly mounted the iso perfectly put the crack so it didn't ask for the CD even had the serial. It just closes and gives me an error report " sorry we had to close " FEAR" down because etc..." and i have the game to auto detect so the set ups the same as yours

haha yeah i tried FEAR 2 demo (it doesn't even load lolz, it doesn't recognize my vid card), Doom 3 campaign has been done by Gonephishing (you should check out their page they have alot of cool stuff), and i'm try to get my hands on a copy of Raven shield, and Splinter Cells (the first one works fine :D) and CoD works at about 250 fps lolz, but CoD2 doesn't work because it doesn't recognize my vid card =P

Got to get this game, as of right now I am typing this message on an AA1. Other games that you can try is: Medal of Honor Allied Assault, Call of Duty 1, Wolfenstein ET, Half life, The Elder scrolls Morrowind, Soldier of Fortune 2 DH, GTA 3, Vice City, Simcity 4 and Clive Barkers Undying. you will notice a significant improvement in some effects with a slight performance decrease if you set the following. Advanced Video Card Options > Effects > Effects Detail = Medium.

With it at Minimum my fps using the "Test Settings" option was Min=22 Avg=35 Max=58, with it set to Medium i got Min=18 Avg=33 Max=57

The new source engine which is used in Left4Dead, TF2 and Protal (?) needs a much better graphic card than the older one used in CSS, Half Life 2 and Day of Defat Source. I have finally installed TF2, it doesn't even start. My cousin added 1gb from his older notebook, it started but even on an empty (!) map, TF2 runs with about 3fps. Then I installed steam on Xubuntu (i am using dual boot), cause it uses less amount of ress. than windows, about 6 fps on an empty map. On acer a150d, same hardware

well i didn't play CS:S but i played CS: 1.6, CSS does worse than 1.6 because ppl say it lags or you have to completely turn off the all the textures (see gonephising's vid), but 1.6 does fine and it runs on average at around 20fps...

the ones that work perfect on the AA1 are: Aliens vs. Predator 1 (prolly #2, but never tried) Serious Sam: FE  SE No One Lives Forever 1 2 Star Wars Republic Commando Total Overdose Halo Combat Evolved Half Life 1 (prolly # 2 but again never tried) Counter Strike (can't remember which ones work perfectly) Far Cry 1 (a little laggy) System Shock 2 generally any game that was released around the same time of the Xbox

U can overclock atom to 1.866 safly without any damage and you can make gamelpay even better

to overclock it go into the computers bios and go to processors and go to overclock and it will show up intel atom which u can set up 1.866 and its completly safe to do the max is 2.32 its not safe.
