what do you use to put it on youtube? i got one for Christmas, and when it uploads to the flip software, it looks normal, and when i save the video to my computer the video is fine. but when i put it into imovie or upload it directly to youtube from the flip software, the very vibrant colors are dulled. do you have a clue why?

@thestuffiknow i bypassed the flip software and just drag/dropped the video files to my desktop, then uploaded to youtube from there.

youtube compresses the source video, which may be the reason for the dulled video you see.

thank you for the reply! but what if i wanted to edit the video? i want to do a review of a video game but it i want to cut in clips of gameplay.

@thestuffiknow as for editing it, imovie or the flip's embedded editing software should work. you may want to try vimeo for the best-quality video to share on the web, but i'm not sure how much their compression affects the source video. hope this helps!

Thank God someone has footage of this brand new Mino HD and it records in widescreen 16:9. I might get this tomorrow instead of the flip ultra hd.
