God i all pervading divine light, Deities are name given to the aspects of God. Deities are not in a human body. They are beings of lights who "represent" an aspect of God. Like Quan Yin mercy, Lakshmi spiritual and material prosperity ecc...

u r right, saraswathi beeja mantra is ayim or iyim, shreem or shrim is 4 mahalakshmi or kamala (also appease Vidhyalakshmi), hrim is for uma or lalitha

aum iyim kleem saum is saraswathi moola mantra, accepted n constructed by agstya , hayagreeva, parasuraam and datttreya,

aum iyim klim saum saum klim iym is for bala tripurasundari also bestow education

saum is also beeja for skanda who also gives wisdom of knowledge

klim also beeja of ganesha which removes obstacles.

It's also key to understand as well that Durga, Lakshmi and Sarasvati are all forms of the same Goddess so maybe,i am guessing here, the bija mantras for one form can be used for another.

@Enigma1990ad Shrim and hrim are both same. These are mantra of Super Goddess MahaLaxmi, trigunatmika Devi. Mahasaraswati is also her form. But Beej mantra of Saraswati ji is Aim or Aing.

You are right regarding the association of SRIM to Lakshmi and HRIM to Durga, however the literal meanings are as follows;

SRIM: for material prosperity

HRIM: for becoming a leader and fulfilling desires for power.

I to found it strange that AIM (the bija of Saraswati Mata) was not included in this but I trust that the people who made the CD knew what they were doing :D
