make sure you land with your hands facing forward you could break them the other way but good job i learned how to do mine yesterday! :D

omg why is everyone juding her. It's her camera, her you tube channel , and her choice. She can do whatever tumbling move she wants. Last time I checked no rule on here said every video has to be perfect! By the way, you did great <3. I can do that but on a trampoline only and just sometimes I don't make it but I mostly do make the front tuck.

Wait until you are in your 30's and try to use your wrists to lift something... how good is gymnastics for the body then?
